What Sets KiddoHal Apart
Our online fitness sessions are designed mainly for kids and teens but they are tailored to meet the needs of children of all ages and levels. Our instructors are passionate about helping kids stay active and healthy. Our sessions are convenient and easily accessible. Simple yet effective exercises when practiced daily can have a bigger impact than temporary high intensity exercises. All our exercises have a reason and a long term impact on one’s health when practiced daily. Our goal is not to teach exercises but to encourage everyone to exercise everyday. To top it up, our daily prayers include various slokas which are good for intellect and health. Kids will never know when they have learnt to recite the slokas they never heard!

We have a complimentary nutrition guide for all (kids and adults) designed by our nutrition experts as we believe that fitness workouts when coupled with proper diet and nutrition is the best way to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Why daily workouts for kids?
Fitness is more important for kids than adults. Kids need daily fitness to ensure they grow into healthy and fit adolescence and later as healthy adults. Kids from age 6 years till 17 years need at least 30 min to 60 min of daily physical workout. Kids these days are prone to several health issues. Improper food habits and less or irregular physical activity cause hormonal imbalance and stand as the main culprits behind several health problems in kids.
Daily exercise routine forms the backbone of a child's lifelong fitness, promoting overall well-being. The best gift a parent can give their child is a healthy lifestyle. Join us to make daily fitness a part of their routine.
Who Can Join our Sessions?
Anyone between ages 7 to 50 yrs with no medical ailments or anyone who wants to get into a fitness routine to maintain a healthy lifestyle can join us!
Please note that any kid or adult with medical issues like fractures, surgeries, spine injury, heart ailments, pregnant women, etc are not recommended. Please consult a medical practitioner before joining.
